This is a pre-solicitation notice.  This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes.  Solicitation 36C24620Q0495 will be issued on or about June 26th, 2020. Richmond VA Medical Center, located in Richmond, VA has a requirement for Chilled Water Coil replacement. Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, equipment, personnel/labor, and technical supervision required to remove the existing chiller water coil from the existing air handling unit and replace the coil with a larger capacity coil to achieve a lower discharge air temperature and improve the space dehumidification.

This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 238220 with a size standard of $16.5 million. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to [email protected].
