Period of performance: 6/01/2021 through 5/31/2026 Basic description of the requirement: Barclay Water Management, Inc. is the current vendor providing secondary water disinfection to the Bath VAMC. The secondary water disinfection system is currently installed on the incoming domestic cold-water lines from the Bath s well water supply. The water softening service agreement is provided on the same platform where the vendor is to provide monthly service, consumables, currently NSF/ANSI 61 certified, and be on-site within two hours of all service calls. These are services that Barclay Water Management, Inc. already provides; therefore, it makes logical sense for this service to also be performed by the same vendor. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by May 3, 2021 at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE WATER SOFTENER in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned.
