The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain service and maintenance for Water Softening Equipment.
Period of performance: 6/01/2021 through 5/31/2026
Basic description of the requirement: Barclay Water Management, Inc. is the current vendor providing secondary water disinfection to the Bath VAMC. The secondary water disinfection system is currently installed on the incoming domestic cold-water lines from the Bath s well water supply. The water softening service agreement is provided on the same platform where the vendor is to provide monthly service, consumables, currently NSF/ANSI 61 certified, and be on-site within two hours of all service calls. These are services that Barclay Water Management, Inc. already provides; therefore, it makes logical sense for this service to also be performed by the same vendor.
