PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of replacing of a swing door operator, at the Northport VA Medical Center (79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768). The proposed contract action is expected to be a one-time Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance approximately July 31, 2023, through August 11, 2024. STATEMENT OF WORK SUMMARY: The Northport VA Medical Center has a requirement for the installation of a Brookfield NB500 LH Swing Door Operator (or equivalent) to the original equipment manufacturer standards. Installation includes adjusting settings, removing old parts, and testing to ensure proper operation. RESPONSE: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's experience in delivering the service listed above, as well as capability of performing these services in the areas listed above.
