This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25020Q0750 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 effective May 6, 2020. This requirement is set aside for small business and the associated NAICS Code for this combined synopsis/solicitation is 561621. The CLINS associated with this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are contained within the attached SF1449. For extended descriptions, characteristics, and minimum needs please refer to the attached. The period of performance is July 1, 2020 June 30, 2021 with four, one-year option periods with performance at John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. The FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, , FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Please see attached for additional applicable terms and conditions which govern this action. Offerors shall submit their responses by the date/time advertised in block 8 of the SF1449. IMPORTANT NOTE: Electronic documents shall be submitted in .pdf, .doc, or .xls and restricted to emails of less than less than 10MB as that is maximum single email size allowable.
