The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Draeger, Inc. for services to Repair, Maintain, provide safety checks and software updates to the 24 Evita Infinity V500 Ventilators located at the Charles George VA Medical Center, Biomedical Service. These services must be kept up to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards, utilizing Original Factory Parts and the ability to fully provide software updates. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source.      This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant past experience and expertise may give written notice.
