The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Invivo Corporation for Gold SW Coverage for the DynaCAD 3.3 Prostate Server SW. NAICS 811219 applies, the small business size standard is $22 Million. Contractor shall provide immediate access to remote applications and technical support, one time period of two days per year on-site application training and system SW tune-up service up to twice per year per customer request. The contract also includes free updates for Invivo software, which comprises enhancement of existing feature packages, and upgrades for Invivo software with new feature packages located at the, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, for the period of December 16, 2020 through December 15, 2021 with two (2) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
