NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract to Natus Medical Incorporated, 3150 Pleasant View Road, Middleton, WI 53562. The period of performance for contract award will be from December 15, 2021 through December 14, 2022 with provisions for four (4) option years. This requirement is to provide a service agreement for Natus Sleep and Audiology equipment located at the Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport NY 11768. The Contractor is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and will provide preventative maintenance and repairs for the Natus equipment. The Government shall maintain the right to seek proof of qualification prior to award and anytime during contract period of performance. All work shall be performed by OEM field service technicians authorized by Natus Medical Incorporated to preform repairs and use only new OEM parts. Natus Medical Incorporated is the only known provider since the equipment is proprietary and maintenance; therefore. only can be provided by Natus Medical Incorporated. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by November 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to [email protected].
