A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be prepared. The period of performance shall be a base year beginning 01/01/2021 through 12/31/2021. The contract will provide inspection, support, and repair of the ARxIUM equipment, software, and accessories of the Optifill at the Hudson Valley VA Medical Center, 41 Castle Point Rd, Castle Point, NY 12511. NAICS code: 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance (SBA Size Standard $22 Million). These support services are required to maintain the Hudson Valley VAMC ARxIUM Optifill system in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. This is a service agreement for Pharmacy Service s automated drug dispensing systems. The vendor is the original equipment manufacturer and is the only source for repair parts and proprietary software. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than December 04, 2020 at 10:00 AM, Eastern Time (ET). A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
