Dishwasher Preventive Maintenance and Repair
BACKGROUND:
The Houston VAMC has a requirement for the following brand name supplies/service:
Contractor shall develop and provide a comprehensive preventive maintenance service plan and furnish all skilled labor provided by technician certified to work on the equipment therein, materials, wear parts, equipment, tools, travel, and supervision for providing preventive maintenance, inspections and wear part repairs for one Hobart dishwasher, model FT1000 and one Hobert dishwasher, model FT1000S, located at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas. The services under this contract shall also include the removal and disposal of replaced parts, waste and/or articles in accordance with applicable guidelines stated herein.
