This is a non-personnel services contract to provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, administration and parts and materials (including lubricants) to provide maintenance and repairs to all kitchen equipment and associated utilities work associated with repair, scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and testing. This effort is to support the continuous operation of kitchen equipment located in Building 100 of the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx NY.
