Work shall be performed at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201. NAICS Code 238290, size standard $16.5 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.
