This Sources Sought is for the Syracuse VA Medical Center located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210 who has a requirement for an Elevator Service Maintenance agreement. The service agreement shall be for all parts, labor, and materials for performing maintenance on 21 Elevators (4 hydraulic and 17 electric). The NAICS Code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial and Equipment (except automotive and electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business size standard of $8 million.
