The Government intends to extend the the ordering period of the Asymmetric Warefare Group (AWG) Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) contract W9113M-06-D-0005 for a period not to exceed a total of eleven (11) months, twelve (12) days (from 03 January 2013 to 29 November 2013) in order to allow sufficient time for the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Fort Eustis, Virginia to solicit, evaluate and award a follow-on contract in support of AWG. This extension will consist of a three (3) month, twelve (12) days period at full operational capability followed by a forty-five (45) transition period; the remaining six (6) months of potential effort will be divided into two (2) Option Periods for three (3) months each in the event delays are experienced in meeting the planned award date of 15 April 2013.
This action will result in an increase to the SAIDIQ ceiling by $33,000,000.00. The current effort is awarded to CACI-WGI (CACI- The Wexford Group International), 8618 Westwood Center Drive, Suite 200, Vienna, VA 22182-3818. Funding will be provided at the task order level. The Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition will be posted to this site upon approval.
Information regarding the AWG follow-on contract can be found via ASFI/FedBizOpps under solicitation number W911S0-13-R-0001 (note that ASI/FedbizOpps is the only official source for information regarding the release of this solicitation). The Contracting office for the follow-on contract is Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Fort Eustis, VA.
No solicitations regarding this J&A will be issued and no proposals will be accepted.
