PREDOMINANT PRODUCTION FUNCTION: The predominant production function of this order is large format dye sublimation printing for the slide-on, stretch polyester fabric graphics. Contract Clause 6, "Subcontracts," of GPO Contract Terms (GPO Publications 310.2, effective December 1, 1987 (Rev. 6-01), states that NO portion of the predominant production function may be subcontracted.
