NYC Health + Hospitals is requiring all vendors and contractors to maintain proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all of their employees who spend time at a NYC Health + Hospitals facility. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is completion of the vaccination series as outlined by the manufacturer. Only Bidders on record and marked paid will be allowed to bid. Bidders who are planning to bid are required to purchase the Bid Forms Section “A” for $30 Non-Refundable Fee at one of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings with a Company Check or Money Order (Payable to NYCHH).
