The Fort Wainwright Consolidated Legal Office requires the kitchen in Building 1047, Apartment 1 be converted to usable office space.

The Fort Wainwright Consolidated Legal Office requires construction of a fixed wall to replace an accordion wall that separates rooms 103A and 103B.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information.

SITE VISIT: A site visit will be conducted on 21 September 2020, 10:00 AM Alaska Time at BLDG 1562, meet at the front entrance to BLDG 1562, Fort Wainwright, Alaska.  See provided Map for building location. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions.

The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance w ith FAR 36.204(b).
