Copy is type, rules, solids, screens, reverses, color halftones and line art illustrations. Covers 1 through 4 bleed on all edges. Text pages print head to head with no bleeds. Flysheets are blank and will be on the first two and last two pages of each pamphlet. Heavy ink coverage with critical registration. Spot high gloss UV coating on all images on covers and text pages. The coating must be evenly applied with no trapped foreign particles or air bubbles.

JACKET 547-817: 75,100 saddle stitched 20 pages plus 4 page translucent blank flysheet plus cover pamphlet.

JACKET 547-819: 50,100 saddle stitched 28 pages plus 4 page translucent blank flysheet plus cover pamphlet.

BINDING: Saddle wire stitch uniformly in two places at left on 10" dimension, trim flush 3 sides. Paper grain on covers must run parallel to spine. Score cover, if necessary, to prevent cracking along fold.
