The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed Request for Proposals from qualified firms to provide James City County (JCC) Parks and Recreation with proposed design, construction, and operation of a restaurant to be located at James City County Marina. Any qualified vendor interested in providing these services, should prepare information in compliance with the specifications described in this RFP. All questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Caprice White, Senior Procurement Specialist, no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 15, 2023, in writing by email: [email protected].
