The existing pedestrian breezeway water hydronic piping is failing and new HVAC in the space is needed. The HVAC serving the pedestrian breezeway will be replaced and served by tapping into adjacent VAV system supplied from the main mechanical system for this portion of the building. Also included in the scope are electrical details for project power requirements and architectural details needed for finish patch and repair of impacted finishes.
