The U.S. Embassy in Islamabad has a requirement of Janitorial Disinfection Serivces. The Contractor shall perform janitorial work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy Islamabad as described in Section 1 “Description /Specifications/Work Statement” and all attachments of this contract.

This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract for Janitorial Disinfection Services. The Contractor shall furnish services according to task orders issued by the Contracting Officer. Oral task orders may be necessary for emergencies however, they shall be issued in writing within three days after issuance of the oral instructions. The contract will be for a one-year period from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months, with one, one-year options to renew.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.  The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.  The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract.  No electronic offers or proposals will be accepted.
