This amendment extends the solicitation due date from May 9, 2019, 2:00 PM EST to May 15, 2019, 2:00PM EST.  

This amendment also updates the locations needing janitorial services.  The Location #2 in the original solicitation (6125-B BACKLICK ROAD, SPRINGFIELD, VA 22150) has been removed and replaced with 7273 COMMERCE ST., SPRINGFIELD, VA 22150.  This location is included as Location #8 in the Bid Schedule just to annotate the revised locations.  Only 7 locations total require janitorial services.

 

Lastly, this amendment answers RFI questions, updates the acquisition from 100% set-aside for HubZone Small Business to 100% set-aside for Small Business, and updates the contact for site visits.

The Solicitation, W912DR19Q0057, will be issued for Janitorial Services and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 size standard of $18.0 Million. The project has an anticipated performance period of one base year and one option year.  

 

Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM . Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

 

The contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at seven Armed Forces Career Centers.  Six are located in Virginia—Chantilly, Springfield (2), Warrenton, Sterling, and Leesburg.  One is located in the District of Columbia.  The contractor shall provide the military customer with clean, professional offices in which they can conduct their day-to-day business of recruiting men and women for enlistment into the Armed Forces. 

The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project.

The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Friday, April 26, 2019, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
