The Contractor shall perform janitorial work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services, for the U.S. Embassy, 42 Elgin Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin, Ireland. The price quoted shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services and a fixed rate for any temporary additional services that have been satisfactorily performed.
