This contract action is being accomplished using other than competitive procedures due to statue that exists that expressly authorizes or requires that this acquisition be made from a specific source or through another agency; specifically FAR 6.302-5(b) (4) for sole source awards under the 8(a) program (15 U.S.C. 637(a)) and in accordance with 13 CFR 124.1-1(c) and FAR 19.8.

The work under this contract consists of providing custodial services for USACE Ensley Engineer Yard, 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN 38109; to include all buildings, shops, and rooms as provided in statement of work.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, however interested firms may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement with cost/price information by March 13, 2018 @ 10:00 AM CST to Valerie Marshall, Contract Specialist, Phone: (901) 544-3619, Fax: (901) 544-3710, Email: [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to open competition based responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of proposal by the time and date stated herein.
