Cleaning shall be performed Tuesday and Friday between the hours of 9:00am - 4:30pm

Duties to be done twice a year:
• Shampoo carpets
Carpet Cleaning - 2225 sq. feet

• Strip and wax kitchen and lab area
Stripping and Waxing - 705 sq. feet (kitchen and 2 labs)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Services, Plant Protection and Quarantine Facility in Harlingen TX is in need of a Firm Fixed Price Janitorial Services for USDA APHIS PPQ Harlingen TX. Contract for  base year and 4 option years. Pricing shall include all costs necessary to accomplish the services in the statement of work (including but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, transportation, labor hours, equipment and supplies)

 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 Janitorial Services). This solicitation and award will be a 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Business Concerns Eligible Under the Women-Owned Small Business Program in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.219-30.

Site Visits:
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.237-1 SITE VISIT; interested parties or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
