The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Janitorial Services at the Isabella Resident Office at Lake Isabella, California.

Project Description: Janitorial Services for the Isabella Resident Office. Tasks will include but are not limited to emptying trash; dust all equipment, clean/disinfect toilets and sinks in restrooms; maintain restroom supplies; sweep and damp mop tile floors; clean entrance doors inside to remove fingerprints, grease; and vacuum all carpeted surfaces.

This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 - Janitorial Services. The size standard is $19,500,000.00. Product Service Code is S201 - Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial. 

The solicitation will proceed as a total Small Business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 18 August 2022 with quotes due tentatively on 9 September 2022.  The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time.  

If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
