Due to unanticipated weather conditions at JB MDL, and base closure, the solicitation has been extended to Thursday the 11th at 1100am EST ONLY to those who have submitted/ or attempted to submit, a proposal before Monday the 8th at 1100am EST. This is to ensure we have captured all those who have submitted proposals on time, but have otherwise failed, due to government error.

You must submit proof that you have submitted/attempted to submit a proposal, before Monday the 11th at 1100am EST.

Monday the 8th at 1100am EST is the new deadline of the proposals because of FAR part 15.208(d). It is the first normal work day after the base shutdown, therefore the final day proposals would have been accepted.
