JBER Richardson, Alaska- Burger King Image Update

This project will renovate 3,524 SF JBER Richardson Burger King, Blg 0009 and modify existing interior and exterior materials, including brick, stucco, doors, windows, and lighting. The existing atrium will be demolished and converted to exterior space. Interior décor, seating, and finishes shall be replaced in customer areas. Drive thru signage will be replaced with new. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing distribution shall be modified to support new design elements. The roof and parapet will be repaired to accommodate the atrium demolition. The Drive thru will be expanded to two lanes. Work is within an active, operating facility and will be phased.

Important Note: The Exchange will award this contract and JBER Elmendorf – Burger King based on the best value to the Exchange. The awards may be independently to one General Contractor with the lowest price technically acceptable or by awarding both contracts to one General with the combined lowest price that is technically acceptable. Start date could occur post completion of paired project if required. Work is within an active, operating facility and will be phased.
