This is a commercial, brand name or equal acquisition. This solicitation is a Request For Proposals and issued as 100% small business set aside under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 3669, NAICS Code 334290 and the related Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The proposed delivery date is 20 days after contract award. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page; (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/). The solicitation can be accessed by USAF offices, Air Mobility Command, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, 87 CONS. Paper copies will not be made available. All prospective offerors must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to conduct business with the government. All prospective offerors also must have valid Representations and Certifications. The Offeror Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) can be submitted and updated on line at the ORCA website (http//orca.bpn.gov). All prospective offerors must obtain a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code). The solicitation will be posted on or about 15 August 2012. Due date will be posted on the solicitation.
