this solcitation is being issued because JBMHH requires an Organist to support funerals, ceremonies, special services for Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall on an as-needed basis (estimated quantity 320 per year). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.  Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.  Please review the attached solicitation document, along with the amended solicitation in its entirety
