502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Randolph (AFB), TX, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Bus Transportation Services on JBSA-Lackland (AFB), TX. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 485113 and the size standard is $14M. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% total small business set-aside. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection process will be used. The offeror/contractor providing buses and/or drivers shall be certified by the Defense Travel Management Office (www.defensetravel.dod.mil) and be an approved DOD carrier prior to proposal submission. The period of performance will consist of one (1), 12-month Basic Period with the option to extend services for not more than six months. The scope of work to be performed under the terms of this contract consist of the contractor providing all management, personnel, vehicles, tools, material, supplies, supervision, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that all directed JBSA-Lackland student/shuttle/contingency transportation needs are met IAW contract requirements.
