This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to 8(a) participants in either the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stages. Eligible 8(a) participants are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation as expeditiously as possible as the solicitation will be issued without further notice.

Description: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph (RAN), Seguin Auxiliary Airfield (located in Seguin, TX) and Canyon Lake Recreation Area (CLRA) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.  All work shall be performed in accordance with industry and commercial practices, using commercial/industry standard equipment, materials, supplies and tools.
