This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE that the 902nd Contracting Squadron, Randolph AFB TX intends to procure/award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for SABER with a performance period of four (4) years using lowest price technically acceptable source selection procedures. Task orders will be written against the IDIQ contract until either the maximum project ceiling amount has been expended or four (4) years from the date of contract award has been exceeded, unless sooner terminated under the terms of this contract. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, material, transportation and incidentals necessary to support SABER requirements. The acquisition is for a broad range of general construction to provide repair, alteration of real property, and new construction for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Randolph, which includes Randolph AFB, Seguin Auxiliary Air Field, Canyon Lake Recreation Area. The above description of work is for the purpose of general information only and is not intended to include and describe every feature or item of work or to define the scope of work. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $30,000.00 and $6,500,000.00. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million. For this procurement, it has been determined that competition will be limited to 8(a) San Antonio Business District (0681). The Davis-Bacon Act applies to this requirement.
