Bid Security in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. It is the responsibility of the Contractor, by careful personal examination of the site, to satisfy himself/herself as to the location of the work, quality, and quantity of the materials which will be required. The Contractor shall examine carefully the Contract Documents and all other documents and data pertaining to the Project. The Contractor shall not at any time after the execution of the Agreement, make any claims whatsoever alleging insufficient data or incorrectly assumed conditions, nor shall he claim any misunderstanding with regard to the nature, conditions or character of the Work to be done under the Contract, and he shall assume all risks resulting from any changes in the conditions which may occur during the progress of the Work.
