Offerors requiring a Letter of Authorization for Quotations involving any vendor controlled items shall submit such requests to the PCO, Brendan Kittredge at [email protected]. Emails to the PCO shall include any applicable correspondence with the vendor, vendor information, and part numbers. After receipt of such information the PCO will coordinate authoirization with the vendor to ensure any potential Offerors receieve the necessary pricing information.
