1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION / OWNER INTENT This project is located at 510 Park Ave. S. Minneapolis, MN 55415 at Hennepin County's Juvenile Detention Center. The work consists of upgrading the existing ceiling grid, light fixtures, HVAC diffusers, and access panels to detention grade materials. The project will be located on floors 1-3 in the hallways, offices, classrooms, interview rooms, and break rooms. The facility will remain in operation and the project will accommodate this by having a phased construction schedule.
