The Military Sealift Command (MSC) will be upgrading the cranes installed aboard the SPEARHEAD JHSV Class ships to be compliant with the requirements in the CFRs, ABS, SOLAS and the High Speed Craft Code and Chapter 2 Section 9 of ABS' "Guide for Certification of Lifting Appliances" to lift personnel.
