This is a Department of Defense Educational Activity (DoDEA) RFQ for JIVE Communication Software, Annual Maintenance, Training, and Consulting for the Base PERIOD and the Software and maintenance for four (4) option years in accordance with the attached SOW. Pricing for the following CLINS for the BASE PERIOD must be submitted as follows: CLIN 0001: JIVE Software/Licences/Installation/Deployment/Maintenance CLIN 0002: Trainer (Hourly Rate) for JIVE IAW/SOW CLIN 0003: Consultant (Hourly Rate) for JIVE IAW/SOW Pricing for the following CLINS for the Four OPTION YEARS must be submitted as follows: CLIN 1001: JIVE Unlimted User License/Maintenance CLIN 2001: JIVE Unlimited User License/Maintenance CLIN 3001: JIVE Unlimited User License/Maintenance CLIN 4001: JIVE Unlimited User License/Maintenance Please pay particular attention to the fact that the BASE PERIOD is a 6 month PILOT Program requiring unlimited user licenses. The maximum number of users would be an estimated 12,000. The number suggested for quotation purposes is 500.
