Johansen Construction Company (JCC) is requesting quotes from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the following project: Project Name: Revitalizing Tacoma's Brewery District Owner: City of Tacoma Bid Date: 8/3/2021 Subcontractor/Supplier quotes are requested 24 hours prior to the posted bid date: 8/2/2021 Bids to be submitted to: [email protected] or via fax at (360) 829-5473 Project Description: This Contract provides for the improvement and/or the construction of bike lanes, ADA-compliant curb ramps, pedestrian refuge islands, pedestrian crossings and mid-block crossings, bicycle signal detection and APS, a HAWK beacon system, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): clearing & grubbing, erosion control, HMA paving, planing, flatwork and structural concrete, striping, landscaping, hauling, signage, rebar supply & installation, hydro seeding, traffic barriers, dewatering, electrical, traffic control, and survey. As well as the supply of ready-mix concrete, pipe/utilities, aggregate, and disposal.
