Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works of City of Joplin, Missouri will accept sealed bids for the following improvements in the City of Joplin, Missouri: Joplin Fire Station 7. Bids must be in the hands of the City of Joplin Director of Public Works before 2:00PM local time, May 18, 2022 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the 5th Floor Study inside Joplin City Hall, 602 South Main Street, Joplin, MO 64801. Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company. The Joplin Fire Station 7 project consists of approximately 8,860 SF fire station that includes 6 dorm rooms, 4 restrooms, kitchen, day room, fitness room, office, decontamination area, apparatus bays and building services spaces. The gear storage room is an ICC-500 rated shelter.
