THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY.  NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking responses in order to determine participation in this acquisition.  The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to procure:

CLIN 0001:

(QTY: 1/EA) JRE CF-52 to JRE CF-54 Laptop Assembly

CLIN 0002:

(QTY: 1/EA) JRE Help Desk for 1 year

CLIN 0003:

(QTY: 1/EA) JRE SME Support provides the customer/user with On-Site engineering support

at the customer?s site (or at a site designated by the customer).

The designated NAICS Code is 334210, Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. 

Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact.  Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.  It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.  Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
