This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation FA487717Q0393 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).  This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Defense Circular Number 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-0127.  This procurement is being issued as a full and open competition, with a Brand Name Justification and Approval (See attachment).  The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334210 with a size standard of 1250 employees.  The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.  The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN):

CLIN 0001: JRE CF-52 to JRE CF-54 Laptop Assembly

CLIN 0002: JRE Help Desk for 1 year

CLIN 0003: JRE SME Support provides the customer/user with On-Site engineering support         at the customer's site (or at a site designated by the customer).

This solicitation constitutes a brand name or equal requirement.

QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE

It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ. Quotes will be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, via email Monday, 6 September 2017, 12:00 PM, Pacific Time.
