The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Knox, KY 40121 is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation/RFQ (Request for Quote) to procure encampment services to include facilities, meals, lodging, training, and recreation areas for the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) in support of the North Crowley School District JROTC Program. The response date for the solicitation is 18 July 2022 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to the SAM.gov website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled. The solicitation and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management System (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Offerors shall ensure SAM registration is active. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov. Contractors are encouraged to complete SAM registration as soon as possible; the Government may not delay award for the purpose of allowing a contractor time to register in SAM. All offers shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt in the official solicitation document.
