Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Denver Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, Denver, CO to support 250 cadets and 50 cadre at the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) during the period 4 June 2018 through 8 June 2018. The requirement is for meals, lodging, and recreational activities to include rappelling and swimming activities for the cadets for Denver Public School for encampment at Peaceful Valley Ranch, Elbert, CO for US Army Cadet Command. The requirement is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, transportation, medical, and supervision required to complete this requirement.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 1 June 2018, 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time, the award will be made without further notice.
