The Missouri Department of Transportation, St. Louis District has determined that only Traffic Control Corporation is the sole regional authorized distributor in the state of Missouri for Solar Powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB), Dual Sided, manufactured by JSF Technologies. Traffic Control Corporation is able to provide the Department with specific use products already installed in the St. Louis District. This system is not compatible with other manufacturers of the same type/classification. There are two sites at which the system has been damaged due to motor vehicle incidents and both need to be restored for public safety. These specific products have been documented as fully and absolutely compatible with all current systems. This notice shall meet the single feasible source posting requirements for one calendar year and in association with the needs described. Contract Period: September 26, 2018 - September 25, 2019.
