This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a contractor to provide all personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, vehicles, transportation, communication, management, supervision, and quality control required to perform the specified Herbicide applications at John T. Myers Locks and Dam, in accordance with the attached specifications and the attached Wage Determination.

One (1) award will be made from this RFQ.

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561730 ($7.5 Million).

Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor.

Quotes are due on 14 June 2019 at 10:00 am Eastern Time. Email submissions will be accepted. Fax submittals will not be accepted.
