Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide a concession within the Elmendorf AFB Fitness center for a base period of one year beginning 1 June 2008 and ending 31 March 2009 with four option years. The contractor will pay the NAFI a guaranteed percent of all gross monthly sales for the right to operate a Juice and Nutrition Bar inside Elmendorf AFB Fitness Center. Payment to NAFI will be due on the fifth (5th) day every month. Any interested party must be registered in Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.bpn.gov/ccr/scripts/index.html in order to be eligible for award (ref. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government.
