The Request for Quotation/solicitation number is ITC-RFQ-16-0053. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89. It is the responsibility of the offeror to be familiar with the incorporated FAR provisions and clauses. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site (www.fbo.gov) for any amendments that may be issued to this Request for Quotation.

This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside and only quotations from qualified offerors will be accepted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers, with the small business size standard of 250 employees.

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the offeror whose offer is evaluated as being Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. The offeror must be a Juniper authorized partner of hardware and software maintenance and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) prior to award.

The Commission anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the responsible offeror whose quotation is evaluated as the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer.
