This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Quotation/solicitation number is ITC-RFQ-15-0049 for Juniper new networking equipment. This is a onetime purchase for Juniper Networking Hardware to be delivered 15 days after receipt of order.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-83. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 423430, Computer and computer peripheral equipment and software merchant wholesalers, with a small business size standard of 100 employees. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business and only quotations from qualified offerors will be accepted.  The offeror must be a Juniper authorized partner of hardware equipment. An award of a firm-fixed price purchase order will be made to the responsive offeror whose offer is evaluated Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offeror must be registered and current in the SAM database at www.sam.gov before an award may be made to them.  Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for amendments that may be issued.
