 ***24 Sep 2020 Update***

There will be a bilateral update to the PWS requiring that only 1 conference room is updated at a time.  Please acknowledge that you understand this when submitting your quote.

***Amendment Details***

Please review all documents as there have been significant changes to the PWS and CLIN structure. 

All quotes should also acknowledge both the original solicitation and amendment. 

***Update 17 September 2020***

Questions and Answers have been posted in the Attachments section. 

The due date for quotes was extended until 23 September 2020.

An amendment to the PWS and CLIN structure is projected to be posted by COB Monday, 21 September 2020. 

***Site Visit Update***

The site visit has been moved to Tuesday, 15 September 2020 at 10:00.  Contact SrA Ross Bousema at [email protected] if you plan to attend. 

This is a non-personnel services contract to remove and upgrade current VTC and presentation/display suite in the JWICS. This includes all audio, display, & display controller, VTC equipment with four option years for service and maintenance after the initial installation.

***Site Visit***

A site visit has been tentatively scheduled on 14 September at 1000 local pending availabilty of customer.  Date and time will be solidified NLT 1600 11 September.  Please email [email protected] if you're interested to get more information.
