THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD W9124L-10-T-0126. Directorate of Contracting Office Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source purchase order for Simulated Stinger Missile. The award will consist of the following items/configurations: CLIN 0001 Simulated Stinger Missile; CLIN 0002 Optoma replacement projector lamps. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511, size standard $25.0 Million. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
